Paul Constant Southworth was the son of Harvey Southworth and Lena Armstead. He was born in New York and a retired Lieutenant of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Southworth was married to Estelle Williams Southworth and died in Norfolk, Virginia and cremated at Lynnhaven Crematorium in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
