Margaret Jane Holt Wilkie was born on December 16, 1854 and her parents were John Holt of Rutherford County, North Carolina and Linda Padgett also of Rutherford County, North Carolina. According to her death certificate she died on April 2, 1930 and the cause was shown to be pellagra. Her husband was James Russell Wilkie and she was buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery on April 3, 1930.
