Clark Blackwell was married to Josephine Fletcher Blackwell. His death certificate show that he was born in Henderson County but doesn’t show the names of his parents. According to his Marriage record he was married to Josephine Fletcher on 5th of March 1871 and was the son of Samuel Blackwell and Josephine was the daughter of John Fletcher.
