Ruth Stella Justus was the daughter of Franklin Curtis Justus and Minnie E. Hefner Justus. She was born in Henderson County, North Carolina on October 30, 1915 and died just over 1 year of age from pneumonia in Greenville, South Carolina on October 15, 1916.
